  • Travelers can browse your tours and send inquiries directly.

  • Featured Tours and Tailor-Made Requests give you additional visibility and access to custom trip requests.

  • You pay only the package fee – Safari Inquiry charges no commission on bookings.

Your payment covers the membership fee that keeps the platform running and ensures visibility for your business. It also contributes to:

  • Marketing campaigns that attract travelers to Safari Inquiry

  • Platform maintenance and improvements

  • Access to unlimited inquiries with no commission on bookings

  • Support from your dedicated account manager
    Unlike commission-based platforms, Safari Inquiry is 100% transparent – you pay a flat package fee, and all bookings you receive are entirely yours.

Featured Tours allow you to highlight up to 3 tours on your profile. These tours are easy for travelers to spot, giving them higher visibility and increasing the chances of inquiries.

Tailor-Made Requests allow travelers to submit individualized trip requests. This gives you access to custom inquiries and increases the likelihood of bookings by matching your offerings to traveler-specific needs.

Payments can be made securely via credit/debit card or your mobile money wallet for East Africa. Packages are available in different durations, all priced in USD.

 

No. Packages do not auto-renew. You can manually renew or upgrade your package when it expires.

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Any remaining balance from your current package can be applied to the new one.

No. Safari Inquiry does not charge any commission. The only cost is your membership package.

 

While we cannot guarantee a specific number of inquiries, we actively match your tours with market trends and traveler interests. Featured Tours and Tailor-Made Requests are designed to maximize your visibility and improve the likelihood of receiving inquiries.

 

  • If you cancel on the same day of payment, we provide 95% refund. The remaining 5% covers transaction costs.

  • After the first day, refunds are not available, as inquiries are accessible immediately and part of your payment is used for marketing.
